The goal is simple: to provide easy-to-understand, yet thorough, information about a variety of plants—whether they are well-known or relatively obscure or inconspicuous.

Whether you’re curious about the origin of a plant’s name, how different cultures have used it for medicine, the easiest way to identify it, or just want to know what makes a plant unique, we’ve got something for you.

What we write about

Plant Description: We dive into the details of each plant—its appearance, habitat, cultural significance, ethnobotanical and ethnomedicinal uses, etymology, biological nomenclature, different propagation techniques, and unique characteristics. Not only that, we’ll also try to educate you on ontology, pomology, and spermology.
